Special Security Meetings

We host and plan for quarterly all security patrol meetings so that the security squads in the area are communicating and informed of activity in our neighborhood.

Property Manager Events

Several times throughout the year, we host property manager lunches and events to ensure property managers are up to date on events happening in and around the PID area including security, construction and new businesses in the area.

Community & Cops

Meeting, greeting, and treating! Meet the police officers, civil servants, and foundations that help make our little corner of Dallas a great place to live. 

Sundays in the Park

Enjoy free live music and entertainment, and grab dinner from one of our neighborhood restaurants. 

Hope for the Holidays

With several neighborhood partners, we host a holiday event to provide meals and presents to our neighbors who need extra support during the holidays.  

Trunk or Treat

We host a drive or walk-thru Trunk-or-Treat event every year on Halloween for all of our neighborhood little ghouls and goblins. It’s a safe way for our neighbors to trick or treat and enjoy Halloween safely.  

Back to School Backpack Bash

We partner with Richardson ISD and local non-profits to host a back-to-school backpack event for our school-age neighbors to help get them ready and excited for a new school year.  

Community Movie Nights

Movie nights are wonderful for building community! We host several movie nights at the Lake Highlands Recreation Area and at Forest Lane Academy throughout the summer months to keep our community engaged.
