Located at Walnut Hill and Skillman in the Lake Highlands PID, Jakes Gameday offers arcade-like games and entertainment for parents and children. If you’re looking for major flavor, their “MVPs” menu items including the Blackened Chicken Pasta, GameDay Wing Platter and Kickin’ Chicken Fried Chicken are the options to choose. The restaurant houses dozens of TVs to watch every game in their fun, comfortable setting. They also offer delivery to the DFW metroplex.
Both Jakes and Jakes Gameday are owned locally, with several Lake Highlands High School graduates in the ownership group. This is their second Lake Highlands location, with the previously opened location on Northwest Highway and Plano Road. Their hours of operation are 11 a.m. to midnight, Monday through Sunday, for dine-in and carry-out.
Be on the lookout for more Jakes Gameday locations opening soon in the Dallas-Fort Worth area in Mckinney and Little Elm. There are currently two Dallas locations and one in Plano.
